DYMO RHINO Industrial Labelling for Trades and Workshops

Everything in this range is built for surfaces that punish paper labels: switchboards, conduit, machinery, tool boards and site cabling. The first thing to get right is the machine. RHINO industrial cartridges fit the RHINO 4200, 5200 and 6000+ and will not load into a LabelManager or a LetraTag, because the cassette body is different. Every tool and cartridge here is genuine DYMO.

  • RHINO 4200: entry level handheld with hot keys for wire wraps, flags, breakers and patch panels, cartridges to 19mm
  • RHINO 5200 hard case kit: the mid range tool with battery, adaptor and two vinyl cartridges in the case, to 19mm
  • RHINO 6000+: the top tool, prints to 24mm, connects to a PC over USB and prints barcodes, supplied in a hard case kit
  • Vinyl, 9mm to 19mm: textured and curved surfaces, conduit, bins and outdoor gear, black on white or white on black
  • Flexible nylon, 12mm to 24mm: wraps cable, wire bundles and small round profiles, black on white or black on yellow
  • Permanent polyester, 9mm to 24mm: flat plant and equipment plates for the life of the asset, also clear or metallic
  • Self-laminating vinyl, 24mm: print sealed under a clear overlaminate for handled cable wraps; fits the 6000+ only
  • Heat shrink tube, 6mm to 19mm: 3:1 polyolefin sleeving for wire ID that cannot be pulled off, sized by conductor diameter
  • RHINO M1011 metal embosser and its M11 character wheels, plus spare batteries and the 9V adaptor

Work backwards from the surface. Smooth and flat takes permanent polyester. Rough, curved or outdoor takes vinyl. Anything wrapped around a cable takes flexible nylon or self-laminating vinyl. Wire that must never lose its identity takes heat shrink, which is sized by the cable outside diameter rather than gauge and needs a heat gun to set. A tag on a valve or pump that has to outlast paint stripping is a job for the M1011 and metal strip. Then check the width your tool accepts: the 4200 and 5200 stop at 19mm, so the 24mm cartridges are for the 6000+.

Australian electricians, refrigeration and air conditioning technicians, solar installers and maintenance teams work through this range every week, and DymoOnline has stocked nothing but genuine DYMO since 2009. Pair a RHINO industrial label maker with the cable and wire ID cartridges you use most, see asset tagging for plant and equipment plates and metal embossing tape for the M1011, and the software page for the 6000+ PC link. Free shipping over $149 and same day despatch on stocked items ordered before 12pm AEST.
