The DYMO Rhino 5200 hard case kit, part number S0841440, is the mid range Rhino industrial labelling tool packed for the van. The tool has an ABC keyboard and a backlit two line display, and hot keys that automatically size, space and format labels for wire and cable wraps, cable flags, terminal blocks, patch panels, modules, circuit breakers, vertical labels and fixed length labels. More than 100 industry symbols, fractions and punctuation marks are built in, it prints Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes on 19mm tape, and it saves and recalls over 100 label formats. Print up to one line on 6mm tape, three lines on 9mm and 12mm, and five lines on 19mm.
The 5200 takes Rhino industrial cartridges from 6mm to 19mm in vinyl, flexible nylon, permanent polyester and heat shrink tube. It does not take D1 tape and it does not take LetraTag tape, so a LabelManager or LetraTag cartridge will not fit. The 24mm self laminating cartridge is for the Rhino 6000 only. This model has no PC connection, so every label is typed on the tool.
The difference between this kit and a bare tool is what travels with it. The case holds the Rhino 5200, two white industrial vinyl label cartridges, the rechargeable lithium ion battery pack, the AC adaptor, the quick reference guide and the user manual on CD. The tool also runs on six AA cells if the pack is flat. Reload from Rhino vinyl tape, permanent polyester tape and heat shrink tube, find spare packs and adaptors in DYMO accessories, or compare models in Rhino industrial label makers.
