Collection: DYMO 5XL Range

The LabelWriter 5XL is the wide format machine in the range. It prints at 300 dpi by direct thermal, takes labels up to 104mm wide, and connects by USB or LAN, so a single printer on the network can serve a whole despatch bench rather than being tied to one computer. There is no ink, toner or ribbon. This collection holds the printer, the bundles and every roll and part that goes with it, all genuine DYMO. The 550 series prints the smaller address, filing and shipping sizes; the 5XL exists for the courier label.

Decide first whether you need the width. If nothing you print goes past 62mm, a LabelWriter 550 or 550 Turbo will do the job for less. If you label parcels, pallets or cartons with a courier consignment, the 104mm width is the reason to buy. Then choose printer alone or a bundle depending on whether you hold label stock already. The 5XL uses Automatic Label Recognition, which reads the roll and reports size, type and labels remaining, and it accepts authentic DYMO labels only, so budget for genuine rolls rather than generic.
