We collect only what we need to sell you DYMO products and support you afterwards:

• Name, business name, email address and phone number
• Delivery and billing addresses
• Order history, quotes and support correspondence
• Payment details, which are captured and processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed

• Processing, packing, dispatching and invoicing your order
• Answering enquiries, preparing quotes and providing after-sales support
• Managing accounts, purchase orders and recurring orders
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions
• Sending service messages about an order you have placed
• Sending marketing where you have opted in, and meeting our legal and tax obligations

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use analytics and session-recording tools, including Microsoft Clarity, and advertising measurement tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the site — the cart in particular — may stop working correctly.

We only send marketing email or SMS to people who have opted in. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and opting out of marketing does not affect the service messages we send about an order you have placed.

We do not sell your contact details, and we do not share them with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

• Mega Office Supplies, our sister business, which picks, packs and dispatches DymoOnline orders
• Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf
• Payment providers, who handle card and wallet transactions
• Carriers including Aramex, Couriers Please, Australia Post and TNT, to deliver your parcel
• Suppliers, where an item ships directly from a supplier warehouse
• Government or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so

This site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturer and support pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as tax, consumer law and other record-keeping obligations require.

This site is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Some of our service providers, including Shopify and certain analytics and email providers, store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the information remains protected to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email admin@dymoonline.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
