Terms of Use

This site operates at dymoonline.com.au and may also be reachable at other addresses. By using it you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement (or have a parent or guardian's consent if you are under 18), and that you will comply with these Terms.

You can buy without creating an account, or create one if you prefer. Information you give us must be accurate, and will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy. If you hold an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all transactions made through them.

Products are offered for sale as displayed on the site. Each order is an offer by you to buy at the price shown, including delivery and taxes. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion and will tell you promptly if we decline.

Please check your products, quantities, addresses and pricing before submitting. Once payment is validated we will send an order confirmation.

You must pay the full purchase price plus any delivery and optional protection costs, which are shown separately. All amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made using a method available on the site, and never by fraudulent or unlawful means. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

We may issue promotional codes from time to time. Conditions such as expiry dates, minimum spend or product restrictions will be stated when the code is issued.

Orders are subject to stock availability. We work to keep stock information accurate but levels can change.

We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product cannot be supplied, including for reasons outside our control, or where a site error has occurred. We will contact you using the details given at checkout and offer a substitute, a refund or store credit. Delivery costs for cancelled items are refunded.

Descriptions and specifications are provided for general information and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative and may not show the exact item, packaging or quantity supplied. Where a listing states which DYMO machines a label or tape fits, that information is provided as a guide — if you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

We deliver across Australia. Costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and vary with carrier conditions, location and availability.

We retain ownership of products until they are paid for in full. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you nominated, after which the products are your responsibility.

Refunds, returns and replacements are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Route Shipping Protection is an optional service that may cover orders lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you decline it, delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and by Australian Consumer Law.

All intellectual property in this site developed by us or our personnel remains ours. Without our prior written consent you may not copy it, reproduce content for third parties, or alter or embed material from the site. DYMO and related marks are the property of their owner and are used to describe the genuine products we sell.

This site contains links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for their content or accuracy.

Our liability is limited to the portion of the price paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We take care with the information on this site but unintentional errors can occur. Where an error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch wherever practical.

Amendment: We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the site. The Terms that apply to your order are those current at the time of purchase.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire understanding between us.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Notices: Notices must be in writing and sent to the contact details below or to those you gave at purchase or registration. Posted notices are treated as received 48 hours after posting; emailed notices on transmission.

Severance: If a provision is invalid it is read down as far as necessary, or removed, without affecting the rest of these Terms.

Waiver: A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it. Waivers must be in writing.
