DYMO Rhino 1734821, also sold as S0773860, is a single 5.5m cartridge of 24mm self-laminating vinyl, black on white. Each label has two zones. You print on the white panel, wrap that around the cable, then keep going so the clear tail passes back over the printed text. The legend finishes sealed under a transparent window instead of sitting exposed on the outside, which is what stops it abrading off.

Fit is the thing to check first. At 24mm this is the widest Rhino cartridge and the list is short: it fits the DYMO Rhino 6000 and 6000+ and the 3M PL300. It does not fit the Rhino 4200 or 5200, which cap at 19mm, and it does not fit the Rhino 1000, 3000 or 5000, the DYMO ILP 219, or any LabelManager or LetraTag machine. If your tool is a 4200 or 5200, plain vinyl in 19mm is the widest cartridge it will take.

It is worth the step up from plain vinyl wherever the cable gets handled: patch leads pulled in and out of a rack, loom tails, test leads, anything coiled, dragged or rubbed against a tray edge.
