DYMO RHINO vinyl is the general purpose industrial cartridge for surfaces that are not flat. It flexes around pipe, conduit, curved housings and textured painted walls without the corners lifting off, and it holds up indoors and outdoors. Every cartridge holds 5.5 metres and the permanent acrylic adhesive is rated from minus 40C to 60C. The one thing to get right before ordering is the machine. These are genuine RHINO industrial cartridges, so they fit the RHINO 4200, 5200 and 6000+, along with the older 1000, 3000, 5000 and 6000. They do not fit LabelManager or LetraTag label makers.

Choose by the surface first. Flat faceplates, panels and asset plates are better served by permanent polyester, while anything curved, ribbed, rough or textured wants vinyl. Then pick the width by how much text has to fit, not by how much room the machine has, since 9mm to 19mm run in every current RHINO tool. Reverse print earns its place on dark equipment and on safety wording that needs to stand out from every other label in the rack. If the label is going onto a cable rather than a surface, flexible nylon wraps tighter and self-laminating protects the print.
