Order by part number, not by machine name. Voltage is what catches people out. The 12V and 9V adaptors look similar and fit different machines, and the 7.2V and 7.4V batteries are not interchangeable either. Each part number above lists the models it suits, and if your machine is not on that list it is the wrong part. For print quality problems on a LabelWriter, run a cleaning card before you assume the printer has failed. Streaks and dropouts on a direct thermal print head are nearly always residue, not damage. If a battery has stopped holding charge on a RHINO or a rechargeable LabelManager, the pack is a plug in swap and the machine goes back to work. Keep one spare on the van or in the stationery cupboard.
