Found the same genuine DYMO product cheaper somewhere else in Australia? Tell us before you order and we will match the price. We have sold nothing but DYMO since 2009, we hold real stock, and we would rather match a fair price than lose you over a few dollars.

How to ask for a price match

Three steps, and most requests are answered the same business day.

  • Find it cheaper — an Australian retailer selling the same genuine DYMO product, in stock and ready to ship.
  • Send us the link — email admin@dymoonline.com.au or call 1300 783 961 with the product page, the price, and your postcode.
  • We check and confirm — if it qualifies we will match it and send you a link to order at the matched price.

Please ask before you place your order. We cannot apply a price match to an order that has already gone through.

What we compare

We compare the total delivered cost, not just the sticker price — the item, plus GST, plus whatever they charge to ship it to your address.

It is worth checking that yourself first. We ship free on orders over $149.99, so a cheaper item carrying $15 postage is often not cheaper at all. Full detail on our Shipping & Returns page.

What qualifies

  • The same product — identical DYMO part number, size and pack quantity.
  • Genuine DYMO. We do not match compatible, generic or third-party equivalents.
  • An Australian retailer, with an Australian website and an ABN.
  • In stock and available to order at both ends, at the time you ask.
  • A price publicly advertised on their website, so we can verify it.
  • One matched price per order. Price-matched items do not attract further discounts, promotional codes or other offers.

What we cannot match

  • Amazon, eBay, and any overseas or international website.
  • Auction, clearance, run-out, liquidation, ex-demo or refurbished stock.
  • Non-genuine, compatible or parallel-imported DYMO product.
  • Prices behind a membership, trade account, bulk tier or customer login.
  • Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, and offers that have expired.

Occasionally a competitor advertises below what the product costs us. When that happens we will tell you straight rather than leave your email unanswered.
