Genuine D1 cassettes for every LabelManager, 6mm to 24mm wide, in ten colour combinations.

D1 is the tape family LabelManager machines are built around. Each cassette holds 7 metres of polyester tape printed by thermal transfer, with a split easy peel backing so the label lifts away cleanly. This range covers 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 19mm and 24mm in combinations including black on white 45013, black on clear 45010, white on black 45021 and coloured grounds in blue, green, red and yellow. Choose the width first, then the colour, from the options above.

Fit is the one thing to get right. D1 fits DYMO LabelManager and LabelPoint label makers and the LabelWriter Duo, and nothing else. It will not fit a LetraTag, and a LetraTag cassette will not fit a LabelManager. It will not fit a Rhino industrial tool either, which takes vinyl, nylon, polyester and heat shrink cartridges. Width matters as well: machines such as the LabelManager 160P and 210D take tape up to 12mm, the 360D and 420P go to 19mm, and 24mm needs a top of range machine such as the LabelManager Executive 640CB.

On width, 12mm is the everyday choice and where most people should start. Use 6mm and 9mm on cables and small fittings, and 19mm or 24mm where the label is read across a room. Seven metres is roughly seventy labels at 100mm each.
