The first LabelManager that prints 19mm D1 tape, with rechargeable power built in.

The DYMO LabelManager 360D, part number S0879530, is the step in the range where the tape gets wider. It takes DYMO D1 cassettes in 6mm, 9mm, 12mm and 19mm, so 19mm is the maximum width, and that is the reason to choose it over the 280P below it. A 19mm label carries a bigger typeface and reads across a room, which is what shelf runs, plant rooms and warehouse racking need.

It runs on a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack with the charging adaptor supplied, so there are no AA batteries to buy. The QWERTY keyboard is paired with a graphical display that shows fonts and effects before you commit tape, and there are 7 font sizes, 3 font styles, 7 text styles and 8 box styles plus underline. It stores nine frequently used labels and prints up to 10 copies at once, and it prints up to two lines on a label. It has no computer port, so labels are typed on the machine.

Pick the 360D when 19mm tape matters and you do not need a PC link. If you do want to design on a computer, the 420P is the same 19mm width with a backlit four line display, barcode printing and USB. If you need 24mm and Bluetooth, that is the Executive 640CB. Note that D1 is the only cartridge that fits: LetraTag tape and Rhino industrial cartridges will not load. Compare the range in LabelManager label makers, reorder in D1 standard tape or D1 durable tape, find replacement battery packs in DYMO accessories, or see the fit for a workshop in office and admin labelling.

FAQs

DYMO D1 tape only, in 6mm, 9mm, 12mm or 19mm widths. LetraTag tape does not fit a LabelManager, and Rhino industrial cartridges do not fit either. The cassette must be marked D1.
19mm. That is the main reason to choose it over the 160P, 210D Plus and 280P, which all stop at 12mm. Only the Executive 640CB goes wider, to 24mm.
Yes. The box holds the label maker, a D1 starter cassette, the rechargeable lithium ion battery pack, the charging adaptor and the quick reference guide. There are no disposable batteries to buy.
No. The 360D types and prints on its own. If you want to design labels on a PC or Mac, the 420P is the 19mm model with USB, and the Executive 640CB connects by Bluetooth or USB-C.
Both are rechargeable and both take D1 tape up to 19mm. The 420P adds a backlit four line display, prints up to four lines, prints barcodes and connects to a computer by USB. The 360D prints up to two lines and works on its own.
Nine frequently used labels, saved with their text and formatting, and it will print up to 10 copies of a label in one run.
