The DYMO LetraTag 200B, part number 2172863, is the modern LetraTag. There is no keyboard and no screen on the machine: you design the label on a phone or tablet in the DYMO LetraTag Connect app and send it over Bluetooth Low Energy, which connects automatically with no manual pairing. The app runs on iOS 13 and later and Android 10.0 and later, and gives you a design library of fonts, sizes, borders and symbols that a 13 character machine display cannot match. It prints up to two lines at 160 dpi and 7mm per second, with no ink or toner.
Pick the 200B over the 100H and 100T if you would rather type on a phone than on a small keyboard, if you want more layout control, or if you want the smaller machine to store. DYMO rates it 42 per cent lighter than the average of the 100T and 100H, and the body measures 120 x 120 x 45mm. Pick a 100 series machine instead if you want to label without a phone in your hand.
The 200B takes DYMO LetraTag tape only. LetraTag tape is not D1 tape. A D1 cassette from a LabelManager will not fit a LetraTag, and a LetraTag cassette will not fit a LabelManager. Every LetraTag tape is 12mm wide, in paper, plastic white, plastic clear, plastic yellow and iron on fabric, and one black on white paper tape is in the box to start you off.
