From Dymo (March 2021):
The latest Windows update has caused some issues with printing from our software. Our team has been able to fix the issue of printing blank labels from our DYMO Connect by introducing a new update. In order to run the latest software update, please open DYMO Connect, click "Help" > "Check for Updates" and download the latest version. Alternatively, you can download the newest version of our software here. In order to download the latest DYMO Label software update click here.
Please be informed that the update did not fix the issue of printing blank labels from our latest versions of DYMO ID (XTL). You can still use our software, if you follow the instructions here.

Unfortunately, our current DYMO Label software and drivers are not yet compatible with the latest release of Mac laptops featuring the new Apple M1 Chip. Our developers are currently in the process of updating this software, but we are not able to confirm an official release date at this time. FAQ
Problem: My machine has run out of ink or is printing incomplete...
Solution: Dymo machines do not use ink at all and use a direct thermal/thermal transfer printing process. The best option would be to change the batteries or give the print head a clean with either the cleaning wand that should have come with the machine. If problem persists - contact Dymo technical support on above numbers.
Problem: I have lost my drivers or software...
Solution: Please visit www.dymo.com.au and select the product you are seeking support for from the dropdown list.
Problem: My new Dymo 550, 550T or 5XL will not print durable labels...
Solution: Please visit this blog article detailing the work around until Dymo release the next update (expected January 2022).
